I provide AI advisory and implementation services, including assessments, tool recommendations, automations, custom workflows, and ongoing support. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any paid engagement are agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Free assessment & informational content
The on-site assessment and any free guidance are for general informational purposes to help you decide whether to work together. They are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and results shown are illustrative.
No guaranteed outcomes
Business results depend on many factors outside my control, including your team's implementation and third-party tools. Except for any specific written guarantee offered for a particular service, services are provided "as is," without warranties, and I do not guarantee specific savings, revenue, or outcomes.
Third-party tools
My recommendations often involve third-party software I do not own or control. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and pricing, and I am not responsible for their availability, performance, or data handling. You decide whether to adopt any recommended tool.
Fees, IP & liability
Fees are as quoted in writing per engagement; any money-back guarantee applies only as expressly stated for the service it accompanies. Frameworks and templates I create remain my intellectual property; upon full payment you may use the deliverables prepared for your business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and my total liability for any paid engagement will not exceed the amount you paid me for it.
