Hi, I'm Anna.
I've spent 16+ years helping organizations deliver projects across technology, government, insurance, and financial services. The lesson that carries straight over to AI: a new tool only helps if someone owns it, people know how to use it, and you can tell whether it's working.
That's how I work with you. I keep the language plain, start from the work you already do, and make sure someone owns each change.
I also run my own business with an AI team, so what I build for you is the same kind of system I rely on every week.
I'm a PMP and a LinkedIn Learning instructor, based in Minneapolis. I work with clients across the Twin Cities in person, and anywhere remotely.

Questions people ask first
What does it cost?
It depends on which option you choose and how many tools we connect. The free check and Fit Call cost nothing. On the Fit Call, I'll give you a clear price for whatever we discuss, and you decide from there.
Do I need technical or AI experience?
No. We start with your business priorities and how your team works today. Your input makes sure the solution fits your people and that they know how to use it.
Will we need to replace our current software?
Not usually. I start with the tools you already have. Sometimes the answer is using a feature you're already paying for, connecting two systems, or adding one tool where it clearly earns its place.
How will we know it's working?
We agree on where you're starting, what you're aiming for, and how long we'll test it. Depending on the problem, we might track time spent, response speed, errors, consistency, or how many people are using it. Benefits stay estimates until we've tested them.
What's the difference between the free check, the Fit Call, and the Assessment?
The free check suggests areas worth exploring. The Fit Call is a 15-minute conversation to see if we're a good match. The paid Assessment is the deep look: a 45-minute discovery conversation, a tailored report with prioritized recommendations, and a 30-minute review call.
Can you help implement the recommendations?
Yes. Setup, team training, and ongoing support are scoped separately. You can also implement them yourself or with your own team.
Is this only for project managers?
No. I work with service business owners, operations leaders, and project teams. My project background is what keeps the work organized and owned after setup.
Do you work with businesses in Minneapolis and St. Paul?
Yes. I'm based in Minneapolis and can meet in person for the assessment kickoff and review. Everything else works well remotely, and I work with clients outside Minnesota too.
