Information I collect

• Information you provide. Your name, email, business details, and anything you share when you complete the assessment, book a call, or contact me by email.
• Assessment responses: When you take the Free AI Check, your answers are processed in your browser. They are not stored unless you choose to save a copy of your results. If you do, I store your first name, email address, your check answers, and whether you asked to receive occasional AI tips. This information is stored in my website's database, which is hosted by my website provider.
• Answers sent through an AI assistant. If you take the check through an approved AI assistant, your answers are sent to this website's server to produce your results. The connector does not save them, though my hosting provider may keep standard request logs for security and operations. The assistant's provider handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
• Website AI chat. Before chatting, you provide your first name and email. I store these and your chat transcript in my website's database so I can review your enquiry and follow up. Messages are sent to Lovable AI to generate replies. Chat does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not share confidential or sensitive information.
• AI Workflow Lab wait list. If you join the wait list, I store your first name and email address in my website's database, which is hosted by my website provider.
• Basic technical data. Standard information your browser sends automatically, which may be logged by my hosting provider for security and performance.

How I use your information

• To respond to you, schedule and conduct calls, and deliver the services you request.
• To prepare assessments, reports, and recommendations tailored to your business.
• To send information you've asked for and occasional follow-ups related to our work.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• If you save your AI Check results and tick the box to receive tips, I may send you occasional emails with practical AI advice for your business. Every email will include a way to unsubscribe. If you don't tick the box, I won't add you to those emails.
• If you join the AI Workflow Lab wait list, I use your first name and email address to confirm you're on the list and to tell you when dates and enrollment open. You can ask me to remove you at any time.

Third-party services

I use trusted third-party tools (such as scheduling and email providers) to run my business. Your information is handled under each provider's own privacy policy, shared only as needed to deliver services. I never sell your personal information.

Data retention & your rights

I keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or tax obligations. You may ask me to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop follow-up emails, by emailing hello@annalanderson.com.

Children's privacy

This website and my services are intended for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
